Do you store my payment details anywhere in your website or database?

No. We do not store this information as a decision we made during the design phase. The reason is despite all the security measures we have in place, we cannot predict the future for any new zero-day exploits. In the worst case scenario that happens and websites get impacted, we wish to make sure NONE of your financial information like Credit Card Number, CVV, and expiry year is stored anywhere. Not even in our logs.

If you do not store our payment information, then how can you know whether the customer has paid or not?

We get this confirmation – a simple yes or no; from the payment gateway. They immediately respond with a true or false code after you attempt a payment. So though we do not know your payment card information, we do know whether the payment was successful or not.

Who actually processes the payment?

We partner with long-time reputed payment gateways. They have invested and researched solid and secure systems exclusively for handling payments. Hence, after you confirm your pro plan purchase, we inform the payment gateway of the order id and the amount they need to charge. And then, you are entirely in their payment system (website/app) and complete the payment. Once they confirm you have paid, they will send us back this confirmation, and we will tag your order id as fully paid. Only now our system comes into action. The bridge (actual payment) is completely managed by the payment gateway.

Why don’t you provide all applications for free trials?

Initially, we provided all the apps for a 1 day free trial, but this resulted in many customers trying to abuse the system by sending automated requests. This caused paid customers very slow responses. So, we decided to charge the smallest amount possible ($1) so that we can keep away the majority of the spam accounts. This is also why we did not keep a weekly account and charge a higher amount because that way you cannot be sure whether your purchase will be worth it. With the $1 One day plan, we hope you can completely test out all the features in all the products and then decide whether to purchase the regular pro plans (monthly and yearly).

In case there are unexpected issues or we did not get the results we expected, will you refund?

Yes. We will, with no questions asked. You can email us your order id from your registered email address and ask for a refund. We will complete this within 24 hours. The reason why we take a risk and promise is because there can be genuine issues that we or you might not have anticipated. Hence we do not want you to take any losses in such scenarios, hence we have a zero-questions-asked refund policy. We do request you not to abuse this because we are working hard to create these applications.

Will there be any updates to these apps or are they done?

We do update the apps periodically – once every 3 months usually. We add more features and apply corrections in these iterations.
