Data Deletion Request
We will delete all personal data associated with your account.
At Tutivsoft, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. If you would like us to delete all details associated with your account, please follow the simple steps below. Once we verify your request, we will remove your data within 24 hours and send a confirmation email to the registered address.
How to Request Deletion
Please send either:
- the email address associated with your Tutivsoft account, or
- your user ID (generated at registration)
Send this information from the registered email address to ensure secure verification.
Options to submit your request

Email: Send your request to privacy@tutivsoft.com from the email address registered to your account. Include the subject line:
Data Deletion Request — [your email or user ID]. -
In-app/Support Form: Use the account settings → Privacy → Delete my account option (if available). The request must be initiated from your registered account.

Support Portal: Visit our support portal and file a deletion request using the registered email address.
(If you do not have access to the registered email, please contact support and include proof of identity; we will advise the next secure steps.)
What we’ll delete
When we process your verified deletion request, Tutivsoft will:
- Remove your account record and associated profile information.
- Erase personal identifiers (name, email, phone) saved in our production systems.
- Delete user-generated content tied solely to your account (where deletion does not conflict with legal obligations).
- Remove billing and payment tokens tied to your account. (We retain anonymized invoices where required by law.)
Note: We may retain limited, anonymized, or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you for legitimate business or legal purposes (e.g., analytics, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance). When retained, data will be permanently anonymized.
Verification & Timeline
- We will only accept deletion requests sent from the registered email address, or where you supply the registered email and a valid user ID.
- After verification, we will complete the deletion within 24 hours and send a confirmation email to the registered address.
Exceptions & Legal Requirements
In some rare cases we may be unable to delete certain information immediately, for example:
- To comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations.
- To preserve evidence related to legal claims, fraud investigations, or security incidents.
- Where information is stored in secure backups; deleted data in backups will be removed in accordance with our backup retention policy.
If any data cannot be deleted immediately for a legal reason, we will notify you in the confirmation email and explain the retention rationale and the expected retention period.
Privacy & Compliance
Tutivsoft is committed to privacy best practices and regulatory compliance. We comply with the following frameworks and laws where applicable:
- GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) — for users in the European Economic Area.
- CCPA/CPRA — for California residents where applicable.
- Other regional privacy laws and industry best practices.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data during processing and deletion.
