This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you when you use our websites, applications, and services, including Advanced Time and Task Tracker, Asheville Annotator Tools, ThaliCam, Plant Health Check, and our browser extensions.
By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide and improve our Services. The type of information we collect depends on the specific app or service you use.
Information you provide to us directly:
- Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address (e.g., your email ID if you sign in with Google), and password. This is required for syncing data across devices for apps like Advanced Time and Task Tracker or for subscription management.
- Support & Communication: When you contact us for support at
[email protected]or[email protected], we collect your email address and the content of your message to respond to your inquiry.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you use our apps. For example, Advanced Time and Task Tracker records app usage times and task durations. ThaliCam processes images locally on your device to identify food, but we do not collect or store these images. Asheville Annotator Tools processes your documents locally to highlight terms, and we do not store your documents on our servers.
- Device Information: We may collect basic device information, such as your device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and IP address. This helps us to improve our apps and troubleshoot issues.
- Analytics: We use third-party analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand how our apps are used. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. It helps us see which features are most popular, like the productivity reports in Advanced Time and Task Tracker or the bulk processing in Asheville Annotator Tools.
Specific to certain apps:
- ThaliCam: This app uses your camera to identify food. The image analysis is done on your device, and the images are not sent to our servers. We may collect aggregated, anonymized data about the types of foods recognized to improve our AI models.
- Plant Health Check: Similar to ThaliCam, this app uses your camera for disease diagnosis. The image is processed locally on your device and not stored on our servers. We may collect anonymized data on plant disease diagnoses to enhance our AI.
- Advanced Wisdom Vault Search ChatGPT: This Chrome extension processes your search queries locally to provide a more enhanced search experience. We do not collect or store your search history. The data is processed within your browser.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To Provide and Maintain Our Services: We use your information to operate and deliver the features of our apps, such as time tracking in Advanced Time and Task Tracker or document annotation in Asheville Annotator Tools.
- To Improve Our Services: We analyze usage data to understand user behavior, fix bugs, and develop new features for our apps.
- To Communicate with You: We use your email to send you important updates, security alerts, and support messages.

Additional Privacy Notice for Mount Fuji Apps
This section applies to Srishti Talent AI, Sanford Video AI, and Meadow Contract Work (also called Home Jobs). It supplements the general information above; where the general policy describes different age or support practices, this app-specific notice applies to these apps.
These apps are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Registration does not ask for or verify age. Do not create an account if you are under 18.
Information and use
Depending on the features you choose, Fuji processes your account email and password hash; profile and app content such as skills, rate cards, ideas, scripts, jobs, quotes, messages, reviews, auditions, contracts, photos, and videos; app and device information, IP address, app-open analytics, crash and performance diagnostics, and push-notification registration tokens. Meadow Contract Work uses device coordinates when you choose location-based search or job-posting features. Sanford sends AI-generation inputs to OpenRouter and exchanges YouTube channel or publishing data with Google when you connect a channel or initiate publishing. Firebase/Google provides app analytics, crash and performance reporting, push notifications, remote configuration, and app integrity services. Transactional email is sent through Brevo. If ads are enabled for an app and consent is obtained where required, Google Mobile Ads may process identifiers, IP address, interactions, and diagnostics.
Storage and sharing
Uploaded files are stored by the Fuji backend on persistent server storage hosted by Oracle Cloud. Cloudflare R2 is not configured in the current production backend. Information is shared with the providers described above only as needed to operate the feature you use; Fuji does not sell your data.
Retention and deletion requests
Account and app records are retained while your account is active unless you request deletion. To request account deletion, email [email protected] from your registered account email. Requests are handled manually. Sending a request does not immediately delete your account or data, and there is no fixed completion timeframe. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.

HoverDrift advertising — updated 14 October 2026
HoverDrift uses Unity Ads for optional rewarded videos and interstitial ads between runs. Ads are enabled by default and configured as non-personalized and non-behavioral. Unity may process and share approximate location, device identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Non-personalized ads do not mean that no data is processed.
Google AdMob code is retained as an alternative provider and may be activated later. Its applicable privacy controls are used when that provider is selected. A successfully verified Remove Ads entitlement suppresses advertising. Optional rewarded ads grant in-game cosmetic shards after successful completion.
Read Unity’s privacy policy for its data practices and privacy or deletion requests. You can also use your Android device’s advertising privacy controls. These advertising disclosures are additional to the existing Firebase analytics, crash/performance reporting, messaging, game storage and other service disclosures.
HoverDrift LevelPlay advertising
HoverDrift uses Unity LevelPlay mediation with Unity Ads and ironSource Ads for interstitial ads between runs and optional rewarded ads for cosmetic Shards. Non-personalized advertising settings are the default. Providers may process device information, advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostics to deliver ads, prevent fraud and measure performance. Firebase Analytics data linked to Unity is used according to the configured Developer Data settings. See Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. Offerwall is not enabled in HoverDrift.
TutivSoft Android app and game advertising
Android versions of TiltCast, WireWalker, Kaapi, Kaapi Horizon, Plant Health Check, SoulLog Prayer Meditation, ThaliCam Indian Food Detector and Togano may use Unity LevelPlay mediation with Unity Ads and ironSource Ads. Availability depends on the installed version, network eligibility and ad availability. Existing Google AdMob integration may be retained as a separately selected provider. Non-personalized or non-behavioral advertising settings are the default; required privacy choices and verified paid ad-free entitlements continue to apply.
Banner ads occupy reserved areas on suitable screens. Full-screen ads are offered at completed-game or completed-task/navigation breaks. Optional rewarded ads, where offered, award the reward described by that app only after the provider reports it earned; closing or skipping an ad alone does not earn a reward. Kaapi brewing, prayer or meditation sessions, camera capture, clocks and background tasks are not advertising interruption points. No Offerwall or Tapjoy feature is included in this rollout.
Advertising providers may process device and network information, advertising identifiers where permitted, ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and support reporting. Firebase assignments remain app-specific; Analytics linkage and data availability vary by app. See Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy for provider information and available privacy controls. This disclosure does not assert that an app is published, that an ad request succeeds or that live earnings have been verified.
